This  12,400 s.f. 2 Story Office and Retail Building is designed in an Early California Style and features a circular corner entrance tower with an interior elevator surrounded by a winding staircase.  The circular tower is capped with a Spanish tiled roof and ornamental weather  vane.  Painted graphics suggesting applied ornamentation in the interior of the tower add interest to the design.  The First Floor contains Retail Spaces and the Second Floor contains Offices.  The Second Floor offices are entered from a exterior colonnaded porch featuring an attractive ornamental railing.
