The project consists of four office and warehouse buildings which were designed for multi occupancy tenants.  Three of the building sizes are 50,000, 54000 and 57,000 in size and one of the buildings is 39,0000 s.f. in size.  Each of the buildings has a two story office area and a high bay warehouse facility having drive in access from the rear.  One of the buildings has recessed docks for all warehouse areas.

Office areas are finished out with a reception area, private offices, a conference room and small break area.  Second floor offices were designed with private balconies which also serve as covered entrances to the office areas.  Warehouse areas provide 26’ clear height spaces.
