Combs + Miguel Architecture designed a 3 floor Sanctuary and Classroom Building to be located in the renewed downtown area of Brea, California.  The Sanctuary is designed to seat 430 persons with 300 seats on the First Floor and 130 seats in a balcony.  Also located on the Balcony Floor is a Teen Facility which includes several classrooms and an open multipurpose room for meetings and recreational activities. The Sanctuary stage area features a movable wall at the rear which can be opened up to provide access to an adjacent Fellowship Hall Which seats 128 persons for dinners.  This Fellowship Hall has a full cooking kitchen with pantry storage.  The Basement Floor contains a centrally located Multipurpose Meeting Room surrounded by Classrooms.
