A three building retail center located off of a Freeway exit and entry.  A striking domed tower is featured at the entrance of a multi tenant retail building.  This building has a curved set back garden area with access to several shops.  A second building is located on an up hill area of the site and is occupied by a Los Angeles County Library.  The third building is a Walgreen’s Pharmacy.  All buildings are designed with a traditional styling which provides continuity of the center.
